The CGA team has over 20 years of hands on experience working in frontline and in senior management positions in the health and social system, so we know what it’s like practically on the ground, and the environmental challenges. We have extensive experience leading government departments, and actively driving non-government organisation governance and performance as active Directors of various boards. This experience enables us to stand in our client’s shoes, see their problems from all angles, and develop genuine and cost effective solutions.
